To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment starting.

You may rebook within that timescale.

No shows are deemed after 15 minutes of the appointed time, with no contact from the clients. No refund will be made if this happens.

All email consultations and course fees are non-refundable as these are digital products.

There is a five-minute “grace” period at the start of consultations. If it is deemed by either party, “ client or consultant that there is no connection between them, then a full refund will be made to the same payment method by which the appointment was booked.

All of our services are for over 18’s only. For entertainment purposes only. We cannot discuss Health, Finances, anything Legal or Illegal. You are agreeing to pay for the consultant’s time. Not advice or guidance, as you have free will to make your own decisions.
