1. How do I book a consultation with Ambriel Psychic Medium?

All consultations with Ambriel Psychic Medium can be booked directly through our website. You will be able to choose a date and time that suits you before proceeding to checkout.

We never make appointments on Social Media. We never contact clients via Private Messenger. Bookings are made on our Website only, or you can contact us directly on our WhatsApp / Contact number 0735 9900 442

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your consultation.

2. Will I be allocated another psychic if Ambriel is busy?

No. You will never be passed to another psychic.

All consultations are carried out personally by Ambriel Psychic Medium. This ensures continuity, trust, and a personal, one-to-one experience. When you book with Ambriel, you can be assured, that you will be speaking directly with her.

3. What information do I need to provide when booking a consultation?

For legal and administrative reasons, all clients must provide the following information when booking a consultation or buying other services at Ambriel Academy:

  • Correct date of birth (you must be over 18 to use any of our services)

  • Valid telephone number

  • Email address

  • Home address if purchasing physical products

This information is used only for bookings, confirmations, consultations, and delivery purposes. You will receive confirmation emails regarding your booking and any relevant updates.

If you wish, you may leave feedback or a review to share your experience with others. Client feedback is always appreciated and helps others who may be considering their first consultation feel more confident and informed.

Leaving feedback is entirely optional, and there is never any obligation to do so. Your experience and privacy are always respected. Therefore, you are welcome to leave your first name or Initials and location only if you prefer.

Courses at Ambriel Academy

Courses offered through Ambriel Academy are designed to support structured learning, personal development, and spiritual growth. Each course clearly states whether it is accredited or non-accredited before enrolment.

Accreditation & Certification

Some courses offered by Ambriel Academy are fully accredited, allowing students to receive certification upon successful completion. This can be helpful for students considering starting their own Spiritual Business. These will be sent electronically, or a physical certificate can be purchased at an additional cost.

Where accreditation is not required, courses will be clearly marked as Certificate of Attendance, confirming that the student has completed the course material.

Course Levels & Outcomes

Qualifications and course outcomes may vary depending on the subject and level of study. These may include:

  • Level One (Beginner)

  • Intermediate Levels

  • Advanced Levels

  • Master Level

  • Pass / Completion Certificate (where appropriate)

Each course description will clearly outline:

  • The level of the course

  • Whether accreditation applies

  • The assessment or completion requirements

  • The certificate or recognition awarded

Course Delivery

All courses provided by Ambriel Academy are delivered in digital format (unless specifically stated, delivered in person). Course materials may include written content, downloadable resources, recorded lessons, or guided exercises, depending on the course.

Important Course Information

  • Accreditation status is always stated before purchase

  • Digital courses must not be used for resale purposes!

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion with a suitable pass rate or attendance, depending on the course type.

  • If students do not pass the minimum level required for certification, they can request one re-sit of any exam. Positive coaching will be available if deemed necessary. Students have an option to purchase One-to-One Coaching or Mentoring before or during courses

  • All courses must be passed within nine months of purchase. ( Some courses can be updated periodically)

  • Course content and materials must not be shared or redistributed
